Prior to joining the IBM Rational in 1995, Brian Bryson spent several years in Quality Assurance. Holding various positions from Tester to QA Management, Mr. Bryson learnt and developed the requisite best practices to implementing effective quality management. Since joining IBM Rational, Brian has spoken to individuals and audiences worldwide on numerous aspects of quality management. A former instructor at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, Brian has written several papers, articles and presentations which have been delivered at all major quality focused conferences and forums. In his current role with IBM Rational, Brian is a member of the offering team that plans and delivers IBM Rational's automated quality management toolset.
