"Working at Prolifics has been a great experience. I work with some of the brightest people in the business, and some of the nicest too! The thing I like most is that Prolifics is a company where you can find your own special niche. This company has reinvented itself several times over its 30 year history, and as an employee, you have an opportunity to do the same. This has definitely been the most challenging and rewarding part of my career so far."

"Prolifics is a company that is large enough to really help out our customers and our employees, but small enough that an individual can make an impact. I tell every interviewee that we're not a body shop. We do care about our employees, and we invest in them. If someone wants to invest back in the company, the company will be flexible and allow that person to grow and change. I was here right out of college, with limited experience. Prolifics gave me the opportunity to work at literally a dozen different jobs over the years. Through all that, I can still walk into Nicolas, Bob, or Frank’s offices, and speak directly to them about the company, issues that matter to me, and whatever else is on my mind. I think almost anyone can do that here."
