Satya spearheads the global operations of SemanticSpace. Satya is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in the software development industry. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped build SemanticSpace successfully. Satya holds a M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.

Sam has over 25 years experience in various executive leadership roles, and is highly respected in the banking and IT industries. Sam previously served as CIO of Home Loans and Insurance at Bank of America, one of the world's largest financial institutions. At Bank of America, Sam was responsible for all technology functions, including administration, strategy, planning and execution for their mortgage banking and insurance divisions. Prior to the merger of Countrywide Financial Corporation and Bank of America, Sam was CIO of Countrywide Financial where he spent over 16 years in several technology executive positions. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Computer Science.

Michael Chadwick oversees business development at Prolifics. Additionally, Michael manages both Marketing and Sales divisions at Prolifics, where he contributes to the growth and financial success of the company by developing new business initiatives and key strategic alliances with partners and customers such as IBM, JPMorgan Chase, MetLife and the National Business Center. Reporting to Mike is:

Managing all aspects of the business, Michael brings to Prolifics over 16 years of high-tech sales experience in selling enterprise software and solutions across a wide variety of industries and vertical markets. As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Michael has also helped build an extensive network of partners enabling Prolifics to increase both its capabilities and market reach.

Michael is a former Golf Tournament Professional, a Golf All American and Big Ten Champion. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois.

Anant leads the cross-brand IBM Practice at Prolifics and is responsible for ensuring delivery of world-class solutions to our customers using IBM technologies. Anant heads a global team that specializes in:

Anant has over 15 years of experience in the IBM space and previously held the role of Vice President, BPM & Connectivity Practice. Anant holds a Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

Craig's responsibilities include human resources, recruiting and training functions across all corporate divisions. He is accountable for overseeing both strategic and day-to-day HR operations activity in support of the company's strategic plans. Craig recently worked at PennyMac (Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC) where he was the Director of Human Resources and helped the company grow 6-fold in 3 years. Prior to PennyMac, Craig led HR for the 4,500 person Wholesale Lending Division of Countrywide Home Loans. Craig has an MBA in International Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from Occidental College.

David Mogel is responsible for directing the overall operations for Prolifics including formulating policies, supervising daily operations, overseeing HR functions, and managing the administration of internal systems. As legal counsel Dave is responsible for corporate transactions including acquisitions, software licensing, and intellectual property rights agreements.

Prior to joining Prolifics, Dave worked at the law firm of Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel providing corporate legal services. He holds an undergraduate degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Psychology from Hofstra University, and a law degree from St. John's University, where he graduated in the top 8% of his class and served as an editor on the Law Review.

Hadi's career in technology spans over 20 years. A pioneer in the field of Health Informatics with a long and distinguished career with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, he last served as Assistant Commissioner for Informatics & Information Technology for that organization. Some of this work included creating an electronic medical record system for the largest sexually transmitted disease clinic network in the country as well as designing and implementing the infrastructure for electronic reporting of disease surveillance information for the City of New York. Hadi is a seasoned IT professional and a prolific scientific writer with many peer-reviewed articles to his credit.

Hal Northrop is responsible for the direction and management of Prolifics' domestic and international sales operations. With more than 18 years experience in enterprise technology, Hal is focused on delivering client value and business growth. He has delivered SOA, Portal, and Security solutions to help organizations reach new markets, increase customer satisfaction and ease collaboration within their enterprise. Hal is instrumental in driving Prolifics' vision to be a true technology partner to its customers – providing dedicated attention, leadership, vision, and guidance. Under Hal's leadership Prolifics has developed relationships with key customers such as Boeing, General Electric, MassMutual, Westfield Insurance Group, and Wyeth Laboratories.

Prior to joining Prolifics, Hal worked for IBM where he held multiple sales and management positions across the IBM Software Group, including running the WebSphere and Lotus Business in IBM's Great Lakes Business Unit. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Jay has over 30 years of experience in consulting, application development, packaged software implementation and complex systems integration. He brings practical, hands-on experience in sales, delivery and practice management to the Managed Services Practice, with a proven track record demonstrating depth and breadth across the entire software development lifecycle.

Jay came to Prolifics from IBM, where his most recent position was in IBM Global Business Services, working as an Associate Partner in their Application Services line of business focused in the Finance Sector. Within this sector, he had responsibilities for sales and delivery in Banking, Financial Markets and Insurance industries. Prior to this, he has held a variety of leadership positions across multiple divisions in IBM.

Kirsten joins Prolifics with almost 20 years in IT, including 13 years in the channel working for Software Information Systems. During her career she has served in multiple roles with increasing responsibility, most recently as the EVP of Software & Consulting. Along with being a member of the executive team, Kirsten led the growth of sales and delivery strategies around IBM and Microsoft software and services. Kirsten’s background in IT includes a well-rounded blend of perspectives, including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Business Analysis, Services Operations and Customer Service. Kirsten received her BA of Journalism with a concentration in Politics from Washington & Lee University.

Mike is an experienced solutions architect and implementation manager with a strong background in business driven and improvement focused IT solutions. Mike has a field-proven track record of successful projects. He has over 20 years of IT experience covering project management, enterprise architecture, IT governance, SDLC methodologies, and design/programming in a client/server and Web-based context. Prior to joining Prolifics, Mike was a co-founder and Director of Promenix, a successful systems integrator focused on IBM software implementations. Mike also has significant large-scale systems implementation experience using SAP ERP, data warehouses, and portals during employment with Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young where he specialized in messaging and integration technologies using the WebSphere brand family. Mike attended college in the UK where he studied a business and computing based curriculum.

With a deep understanding of compliance, governance and risk management, Alex brings more than 15 years of experience in a broad array of computer security domains. Alex has worked with large and small organizations to help drive security initiatives and deploy various types of enterprise-class identity management and application security systems. In a Security Architect role, he has helped companies succeed in attaining regulatory compliance, improving business operations and securing enterprise infrastructures. As the head of the Security Practice, Alex leads a team of highly skilled consultants to deliver comprehensive security solutions to our clients. Alex is an established and recognized security expert, a speaker at various industry conferences, holds numerous security certifications, two Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree in computer science with a minor in psychology.

Specializing in Portals, Social Collaboration and Mobile strategies at Prolifics, Niral Jhaveri is instrumental in expanding the vision of the award-winning User Experience practice and enabling the next generation of solutions for Prolifics and IBM customers worldwide. With over 10+ years of experience in technology management and consulting, Niral has been the leader in driving innovative solutions across several industry verticals like Finance, Banking, Healthcare and Insurance for several Fortune 1000 customers. Using his extensive expertise in eCommerce and Web 2.0 technologies, he heads up the practice that is focused on Web Portals, Mobile Applications, eForms and Content Management. Mr. Jhaveri has both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in computer science and has been invited to speak at various conferences, webinars and customer events. He has also authored white papers featured in publications like ACM.

Rajiv first joined Prolifics as a Consultant, and now leads the BPM & Connectivity Practice. He has 12 years experience in the IT field — 3 of those years at IBM working as a developer at its Object Technology Group and its Component Technology Competency Center in Bangalore. He was then an Architect implementing IBM WebSphere Solutions at Fireman's Fund Insurance. Currently, he specializes in BPM/SOA solutions and IBM's technologies in those fields. An author at the IBM developerWorks community, Rajiv has presented at IBM Impact and IBM WebSphere Services Technical Conference. He graduated with a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in June 2012.

Oscar Rozario currently serves as the Country Manager of Prolifics in the United Kingdom. Prior to this, he was employed at IBM in South Africa where he built and ran the Middleware Services Practice at IBM's Global Technology Services Division for 3 years, preceding which time he served at IBM's Software Group as a Brand Sales Manager for the Information Management and Lotus software brands also for 3 years. Oscar joined IBM through the acquisition of Lotus Development where he spent 7 years in several roles starting with technical pre-sales in Johannesburg and ending with running the professional services division based in Dubai in the UAE. Oscar graduated from the American College of Switzerland with a Bachelor of Science degree, and attended secondary school in India. Oscar has lived in multiple countries on several continents over the last four decades across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
