Satya serves as Chairman of Prolifics, spearheading our global strategic vision and overseeing its execution.Satya is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in the software development industry.He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy.His vision and experience in the field of IT helped build Prolifics successfully.Satya holds a M.S.in Computer Science from IIT Madras.

Sam Ourfalian


Sam leads Prolifics global operations.He is responsible for all aspects of operations including business development, sales, innovation, technology solutions delivery and all corporate support functions.Sam has over 25 years of experience in various executive leadership roles, and is highly respected in the banking and IT industries.Sam previously served as CIO of Home Loans and Insurance at Bank of America, one of the world's largest financial institutions.At Bank of America, Sam was responsible for all technology functions, including administration, strategy, planning and execution for their mortgage banking and insurance divisions.Prior to the merger of Countrywide Financial Corporation and Bank of America, Sam was CIO of Countrywide Financial where he spent over 16 years in several technology executive positions.Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Computer Science.

Anant Gupta

Head of IBM Solutions

Anant leads the cross-brand IBM Practice at Prolifics and is responsible for ensuring delivery of world-class solutions to our customers using IBM technologies.Anant heads a global team that specializes in:

Anant has over 15 years of experience in the IBM space and previously held the role of Vice President, BPM & Connectivity Practice.Anant holds a Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

Sarat Addanki

Head of Testing Solutions

Sarat is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and quality assurance professional with an impressive 20-year background in the implementation of Quality Programs and establishing Testing Centers of Excellence for large and complex IT landscapes.Coming to Prolifics from Arsin Corporation where he was Head of the Quality Assurance Practice, he aided in the establishment of Arsin in 1996 and contributed to the design of various test accelerators such as Effecta and SLA InDepth.Today, as Head of Testing Practice, Sarat proficiently oversees all pre-sales activities, as well as spearheading advanced IP development and delivery.Sarat is PMP certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI).He has presented at several HP and SAP conferences and is currently on the board of directors for Campus Dynamix.Sarat Addanki holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree from Osmania University of Hyderabad, India.

Kaveh Razin

Head of Microsoft & Open Source Solutions
Head of Mortgage Banking Solutions

Kaveh oversees the Mortgage Banking and Microsoft and Open Source practices at Prolifics and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of world-class solutions to our customers around the world.Kaveh is a senior technology executive with over 22 years of experience leading, managing and successfully delivering technology solutions for Countrywide Financial Corporation and Bank of America with outstanding success in aligning technology goals with the organization's business objectives.He managed and led a technology organization supporting Correspondent Lending Division, Warehouse Lending Division, Closing, Post Closing, Enterprise Imaging and Document Management, Shared Services, Secondary Marketing and Credit Loss Mitigation Strategies lines of business.Kaveh has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Kevin Downey

Head of Information Management & Analytics

Kevin leads the Prolifics Information Management & Analytics practice.With over 20 years of experience in enterprise information management consulting, Kevin specializes in advising clients on maximizing their organization’s potential through Data Integration by leveraging the IBM Information Management (IM) Platform.Prior to the acquisition of Stream Integration, Kevin served as the COO for Stream.Kevin has a number of published works and is a frequent speaker at industry user conferences.

Mark Rowan

Head of Global Sales

Mark is responsible for global sales across all practices of Prolifics.Mark has over 30 years of experience within the IT industry, holding progressively more senior roles within various segments of the consulting industry.Most recently he served in the role of Prolifics Head of Information Management & Analytics Practice, after joining Prolifics as part of the acquisition of Stream Integration.At Stream Integration, Mark served as President and CEO and was instrumental in building and managing one of IBM's premier partners in Information Management and Analytics.Prior to the founding of Stream Integration, Mark was the Director of IP&S Service at IBM where he managed an IBM Software Group consulting business in the US Eastern region and Canada.

Mike Owen-Lloyd

Head of UK Sales & Operations

Mike leads the Prolifics UK team, with responsibility for all elements of the UK business, including P&L, Sales & Marketing and Operations, key vendor and customer relationships, and delivering on Prolifics' strategic objectives.Key to this is continuing to be essential to our customers as they strive to gain maximum value from their investments in technology.Mike joined Prolifics in October 2015, bringing with him 22 years of relevant experience leading high-performance teams, including most recently nine years with IBM.

Kirsten Craft

Head of Business Development & Marketing

Kirsten leads business development and marketing for Prolifics.With over 20 years of experience in IT, including 16 years in the channel, she has served in multiple roles with increasing responsibility over the course of her career.Prior to joining Prolifics, she served as the EVP of Software & Consulting for Software Information Systems where she led the growth of sales and delivery strategies around IBM and Microsoft software and services.Kirsten's background in IT includes a well-rounded blend of perspectives, including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Business Analysis, Services Operations and Customer Service.Kirsten received her BA of Journalism with a concentration in Politics from Washington & Lee University.

Mike Hastie

Chief Technology Officer

Mike is an experienced solutions architect and implementation manager with a strong background in business driven and improvement-focused IT solutions.Mike has a field-proven track record of successful projects.He has over 20 years of IT experience covering project management, enterprise architecture, IT governance, SDLC methodologies, and design/programming in a client/server and Web-based context.Prior to joining Prolifics, Mike was a co-founder and Director of Promenix, a successful systems integrator focused on IBM software implementations.Mike also has significant large-scale systems implementation experience using SAP ERP, data warehouses, and portals during employment with Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young where he specialized in messaging and integration technologies using the WebSphere brand family.Mike attended college in the UK where he studied a business and computing-based curriculum.

Biju S.Nair

Chief Financial Officer

Biju has over 22 years of experience in Corporate Finance and in various leadership roles, primarily in the IT/Software and supply chain, logistics industries.Prior to joining Prolifcs, Biju served as CFO and COO of Four Soft Limited, Head of India Operations for Kewill Plc and Head of Finance – Emery Worldwide India (UPS).Biju has a wide range of experience in leading multiple M&A transactions, dealing with company public issues, various rounds of equity/debt funding, investor and media relations, tax structuring, diverse corporate finance functions and managing human resources.Biju as COO of Four Soft was heading the global business and lead the turn-around of the organization by revenue and bottom line growth.Biju is a graduate in Commerce, Chartered Accountant and has a masters in Business Administration in Supply Chain & Retail Management.

Mark Nechita

Head of Global Human Resources

Mark has been recognized for building high-performance, customer-centric cultures, and creating best-in-class people capability with over 25 years of experience managing global talent acquisition & leadership development, total rewards, and Lean Process Improvement.His efforts have led to awards including Best WorkPlace and Forbes Top 20 Best Small Companies.Mark has been quoted by the Far Eastern Economic Review, the Asian Wall Street Journal, and China Staff, appeared on CNBC Asia’s The Winners, and chaired the Human Resources Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.His Board experience includes the Boards of the Boeing Institute of International Business at St.Louis University; the Eller College of Business at the University of Arizona, and the Sidhu School of Business, Wilkes University.Mark has a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and has completed executive studies at the Universities of Michigan & Virginia.

Dave Mogel

Vice President, Legal Affairs

David Mogel is responsible for directing the overall operations for Prolifics including formulating policies, supervising daily operations, overseeing HR functions, and managing the administration of internal systems.As legal counsel Dave is responsible for corporate transactions including acquisitions, software licensing, and intellectual property rights agreements.

Prior to joining Prolifics, Dave worked at the law firm of Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel providing corporate legal services.He holds an undergraduate degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Psychology from Hofstra University, and a law degree from St.John's University, where he graduated in the top 8% of his class and served as an editor on the Law Review.
