He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped build SemanticSpace successfully. Satya holds M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.

P V S Raju

Director
P V S Raju is a Post Graduate in Physics and Business Administration. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Commercial and Investment Banking. Mr. Raju presently advises some leading corporations on aspects relating to Corporate Governance and financial restructuring.

Ajay Mittal

Director
Ajay Mittal has over 15 years of experience in funds management, taxation and finance. He has been with UTI Venture Funds (UVF) since its inception and has played an active part in the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities and monitoring the investments made. He represents UVF on the Boards of portfolio companies such as Marksans Pharma, Koutons Retail and SemanticSpace. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant by profession.

Ajay was earlier involved in managing the 'India Access Fund,' a U.S $80 million India dedicated offshore fund of UTI.
